Background and Experience
Susan has extensive experience in the delivery of customer services in hospitality and commercial services environments. Susan joins us from Mastercard where she held an administrative and facilities assistant role in their European headquarters, a fast paced demanding environment. Prior to Mastercard, Susan held positions in hospitality and leisure environments.
Role at Clancourt
Susan is our soft services supervisor providing training, support and supervision to our directly employed facilities team at Park Place and the Harcourt Centre ensuring that every occupier and visitor experience is pleasant and welcoming.
